Purpose
- MOSAIC‘s purpose is:
1st) to love God —AND YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.’ Mark 12: 30
*We want to create environments for worship(small groups/house or dorm churches) and mutual accountability through discipleship groups and one on one accountability.
2nd) to love others—…YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF… Mark 12:31
*We want to create environments for community(small groups/house or dorm churches) and outreach opportunities on and off of campus(service projects.)
3rd) to make disciples of all nations—”All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20
* We want to provide practical opportunities to make disciples here and around the world.
*We will offer missions trips throughout the year, especially summer.
*We will encourage students to be involved with internationals that God has brought to our nation.
